Cancellation:
Cancellation of services in the city more than 6 hours before the service, or 24 hours outside the city is without penalty. Cancellations with less notice will be charged a penalty of 50% of the fee. For airport arrivals, an unannounced delay of up to 60 minutes is allowed without penalty. Extra time is charged on an hourly basis per hour (or fraction of an hour). For port or train station arrivals, an unannounced delay of up to 30 minutes is allowed without penalty. Extra time is charged on an hourly basis per hour (or fraction of an hour). For all departures, a delay of up to 20 minutes is allowed without penalty. |
